Level 01 Setting Direction
First, you and your team complete a DAC ‘pulse check’ questionnaire. Then, work with your team to: a) Set your team’s Direction; b) Reflect on your current reality; and c) Identify your team’s assets which you can leverage, and key challenges you need to overcome, to achieve your Direction.

Level 02 Aligning Your Team
First, reflect on your team’s Alignment ‘pulse check’ results and select an Alignment challenge to work on with your team. Then, formulate a plan to address your team’s Alignment challenge.

Level 03 Building Commitment
First, reflect on your team’s Commitment ‘pulse check’ results and what you can do to build Commitment in your team. Then, work with your team to explore Commitment and what each team member can do to build Commitment.
